And now my favorite meal of the day - Breakfast!

I love this breakfast, which I got from Tamir Katz's book.  You take a couple of pieces of fruit (I am partial to Ya pear and kiwi fruit, or apple and banana, or cantaloupe and strawberries) and chop them up in a bowl.  Add a sprinkle of raisins on the top, but not too many.  Use a couple of spoonsful of a previously prepared chopped nut/seed mixture* on top of that.  Moisten with a couple of tablespoons coconut milk.  You don't need a lot.  And Eat!  It is fast, quite filling and delicious.

*(My nut mixture, which I make up fresh about once a week includes almonds, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pumpkins seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds as well as a heaping tablespoon of shredded coconut.  Chop larger nuts in food processor and then add seeds and coconit to mixture.  This is really good as a topping for all sorts of things.)
