Which of these are your favorite BBQ foods and is there a way to transform them to be Paleo if they are not?

I don't need a barbeque to eat steak and hamburger.  Baby back ribs, yes - and I get them closer to paleo by skipping the sauce.

Any recommendations on a Paleo BBQ sauce recipe? Finding a recipe that is actually paleo seems impossible.  I tend to like the smokey flavored sauces myself and have never cared much for the sweet (pretty much terriyaki) sauces.

I found a Paleo BBQ sauce that I used on my turkey meatloaf. I posted the recipe at:

I also found Paleo recipes for some other condiments at http://inspiredeats.net/

Hope that helps.
