Take the bones from your home baked chicken and break them up to release calcium rich marrow. Add broken bones to a half pot of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, add two slices fresh tomato to help leach out calcium, and simmer one hour (or longer). Set aside tomato slices. Remove bones with a spatula or something, and discard bones. Chop sliced tomato and put back in broth. Add chopped garlic, sliced zucchini, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, chopped eggplant, sliced mushroom, fresh broccoli spears, chopped chicken, finely chopped fresh ginger, sea salt (iodized?), pepper, crushed red pepper, celery flakes, and turmeric. Add or substitute anything. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and finely chopped wheat grass for high alkaline to balance acid in the diet for optimum calcium absorption. If our body' pH is to acidic, our calcium intake just goes out in our pee. Then our body sucks calcium from our bones to maintain adequate calcium blood level. Lemons are acidic in natural form, but form alkaline in our bodies when digested. Yummy! Bright colors! Additional Super Calcium ingredients: amaranth leaves, bok choy, chard, collards, okra, spinach, tahitian taro, and turnip greens. Non-Paleo additions: Lima beans (alkaline); a spoonful of sour cream for color, texture, and flavor.
