Hey,
I would like to share with you one of my favorite desserts - Cave Fire Brownies.

Ingredients:

2 sweet potatoes
6 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted + 2 Tbsp
2/3 cup coconut nectar
1/2 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
6 Tbsp coconut flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
2.5 tsp ancho chili powder
2 pinches Himalayan salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roast sweet potatoes 25-35 min. Peel and mash. Set aside.
Decrease heat to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, 1/2 cup coconut oil, coconut nectar and vanilla in with the sweet potatoes. Set aside.
In another large bowl, mix the coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, chili powder and salt.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir well.
Pour into a greased 913″ pan for 30-35 minutes.
When cool, melt the chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp coconut oil together & frost your fire brownies!!!!

Sweet potatoes are a starchy agricultural crop domesticated in the neolithic and are thus not paleo.  Chocolate chips are a manufactured food, incidentally usually containing plenty of sugar and hydrogenated fats, and are quite nonpaleo.

Fresh fruit would be a better dessert - or just have more steak!
