Mushroom and Egg Bennes Recipe

MUSHROOM AND EGG BENNES

Three of these along with a heaping handful of strawberries make a perfect sized breakfast.
Ingredients:
3 Medium or Large Portabella Mushrooms
3 eggs
Your choice of Seasoning
Blueberries

Gently scoop the stems and gills out of the mushroom with a spoon. Lay the

mushrooms upside down on a baking sheet. Place egg inside mushroom cap (the hole you scooped with your spoon) and sprinkle with seasoning (Cajun, Bar BQ, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, etc.). Bake egg filled mushrooms at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If you want your yolk to be runny, then lower the time. As a general rule: for runny yolk cook 15 minutes and for fully cooked yolk cook for 25-30 minutes.

This is pretty simple recipe that I really enjoy. I eat it for breakfast and I prefer the egg yolk runny
