Without having grains, legumes, pastas, etc. as the staples of your meals; what do you use. I put together a list of 5 items that I consider staples, but I would like to expand my list. Do you have any suggestions. Here's the link; if you want to take a look at my list:

But my current list includes the following:
- spaghetti squash
- mashed cauliflower
- cauliflower rice
- zoodles
- mashed sweet potatoes

Am I missing anything? Is there anything else that I can add to my list? Please let me know - Thanks in advance.
