Root Vegetable Stir Fry

Add any combination of chopped and boiled daikon, rutabega, parsnip, turnip, carrot, beet, and jicama to heated oil. Brown and add onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric and sea salt. Stir fry until onion is tender. Serve with meat. Very nutritious and satisfying.
