This is a rich treat. Just mash a couple of avocados with some roasted turnip (or other roasted root vegetable such as yam - for sweetness - or parsnip). Add grated garlic, frozen chopped spinach, sea salt, and fresh lemon juice. Dip with veggie chips (chips made from veggies instead of potatoes). It may be thick, but veggie chips are pretty solid.
