Cut your butternut squash in half, lengthwise. Scrape out seeds and stuff. Fill hole of each half with finely chopped fresh ginger, chopped bell pepper, canned artichoke hearts, and chopped mushroom. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, curry, lemon pepper, etc. Top with chopped garlic and bake for one hour at 350 degrees (right on the oven rack). Plop one half on your plate. Scrape the squash up from the skin. Mash and mix everything together. Top with raw chopped tomato and canned jalepeņo. Serve with 100% fruit juice and choice of meat.
