Have any of you used this? I like it for dipping meat, shirp, just about anything...........I usually double the recipe and use the blender.
Tahini Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup tahini ( I buy a jar at Whole Foods)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 clove garlic smashed (I use diced in a jar usually)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cumin (I usually leave this out)
handful f fresh cilantro or parsley or both
Toss in a food processor or blender and let it rip, using a spatuala to push it down until it's very smooth and creamy.
Good with lamb especially.
