kidney or liver?

If Kidney

1) devilled kidneys
2) kidneys in their suet
3) steak and kidney pie minus the pie crust

If liver
1) pate.
2) terrine
3) try chicken or duck liver which has a milder less 'liver-y' flavour
Sugar addiction kills more people than all other kinds of drugs combined

If your food needs a prefix, it's not paleo!

Me too!  I've tried several liver recipes--just frying it, a recipe that involved a crock pot and tomatoes (I know, nightshades, but I really want to find a liver recipe I like), and a recipe for pate that claimed to be delicious. Couldn't choke down any of 'em.  I'd really like to add organ meats to my diet, but so far I haven't found any preparation methods that I can get past the tastebuds.

That's weird, I just posted this recipe today that is good with all sorts of offal, though I have only tried it with turkey and beef liver, and once with lamb kidney.

We used to be in a raw goat kidney kick.  But for my son, he preferred it seared for 10 seconds each side... plain. no condiments.  Thus no recipe.  Slice the goat kidney in half, sear 10 seconds or less each side. Finished.
I'm on Raw Paleo diet but I have kids to feed on cooked paleo diet.
