TORTILLA / WRAP

1/3 cup almond flour
1 extra large egg
3 TBL water
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder (homemade)

Mix seasonings with flour.
Beat egg and water together.
Stir together. Makes a thin mixture.
Pour into well oiled toaster oven tray and bake at 300 for 10-15 minutes.
Lift out gently. Roll carefully.

Or prepare as pancake.

This sounds really good but how do you prepare home made garlic powder?  Suze

I cut them in half or even quarters so the flesh is open and drys out faster and more even.
Place garlic on a cookie sheet that has parchment paper on it.
In only one layer.
I do at 200 degrees.
Keep an eye on them and remove those that are dry as need be so they don`t burn.
It can take 1-3 hours.
Grind the garlic to make a fine powder in a food grinder or coffee grinder
Store in a glass jar out of sunlight

will keep upto 2 months
