For something different, you can make stuffed grape leaves using ground beef and ground pork, browned with onion, garlic, grated carrots, maybe some mushrooms, let it all cool and mix in a egg as a binder, then roll that in grape leaves and either bake or steam until tender. Meatloaf is easy and tasty too. If you want to stretch it out some you can add nut flour to either recipe. I also make stuffed zucchini which is pretty good. You can stuff Acorn squash with it to. Virtually limitless

Everything. Seriously. Add spices to flavor it like chili, or tacos. Add carrots and celery to make a "stew". Add a couple eggs for a "skillet".One of my favorite things to do is to brown some ground beef, then add stuff from the fridge. Onions, carrots, cauliflower, etc. Add a bit of water and let it simmer a bit to create a sauce while steaming the veggies.
