I saw this yesterday or so. It was right next to "Scientists confirm that fire is hot" and "Water is still wet, Experts agree"

They only really say it's the same as sugar.

Unfortunately, the report in the original post doesn't refute that, since they used different concentrations of the two sugars.

But yeah, staying away from both seems like the obvious solution.
