Diabetes cured by low cal diet

We always knew it was curable as has been seen by so many here. Now a bit of evidence that it is reversible.

No need to starve yourself though, just stop eating hugely insulinogenic crap.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.

It did occur to me that with calories that low, it was almost guaranteed to be low carb. They could eat real quantities of real foods, rather than those stupid artificial protein shakes, and get a similar result.    ::)
