Nice vid. I've been eating over 3500 cals a day and I've lost 3 pounds and am leaner than ever. I can actually see my abs now.

Why didn't Taubes talk about the China study in Good calories, bad calories? It came out 2 years before publication as far as I know.

I don't know ... maybe because good quality analyses of the actual data hadn't come out yet?
