Here is my experience with reversing kidney damage, the most painful, debilitating kind.

I have personally saved a couple of people with:
- raw only diet
- raw fruit, raw fatty fruit like coconuts
- no plain water, no water, no water
- raw fish, raw eggs, raw fatty meat

- plus kidney cleansing protocols like lots of watermelons, coconuts, avocado leaves tea, corn hair + cogon roots + banaba leaves

My latest patient is my driver.

In my experience as a healer it has to be high raw fat and fruit.  Coconut meat is gentle, and so are raw eggs.  Absolutely no cooked meats, no vegetables during the critical writhing in pain stage.  Minimum 3 days to 1 week of 100% raw.  No vegetables for the moment, can't trust them for kidney pain.

When diabetic, you lessen the sweet fruit.  But still rely on fruit for hydration.  Give raw bitter melon every morning. 1/2 of the fruit.  You get to control blood sugar the rest of the day.

The water structure in fruit is superior to plain water.  And the raw animal fat and raw fruit fat will complete the gentle healing of the kidneys.  Fatty raw ocean fish (tuna, blue marlin) will make inflammations subside fast due to superior omega 3 fats.
