oh.. I feel ill.. Im glad i know where my beef comes from now. And I actually feel sorry for the cattle. God knows what I have been eating before paleo :(

Well I just read something interesting about Australian beef, of the 28 million cattle here, only 7 million are finished in feedlots and the vast majority of that is exported.

So most of australian beef is grass fed.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

There is a certain amount of pressure from then Greenies for more people to use feedlots, as it decreases the carbon footprint from beef production. Yet another reason to dislike the global warming loonies.
