in my opinion its useless in tablet form

i think it probably only has one bonefide use in a paleo's diet

and that is  that its been shown to prevent meat infected with bacteria like salmonella or ecoli from upsetting your stomach or having much of an effect whatsoever - when about a 2 desert spoonfuls of ACV is taken before the meal

i think its probably because of the malic acid in the ACV - its a bit like well evolved carnivores have higher acidic stomachs than ours for their raw meat diet....well humans probably need to cook all their meat but our stomach acid isnt as strong - ACV is a nice way to rest-assured your unlikely to ever  be affected by these things.

hope this helps people

p.s i warn people that it takes a strong will to consume it - i wouldnt bother diulting it only prelongs the agony!! and try to swallow cleanly - its acidic and teeth aren't into acid stuff that much as we know!

vinegar before a meal has a marked effect on glucose spikes, but anyone following paleo really doesn't need to worry about that at all.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.
