For the groks in Aus - what are good brands for fish oil, vit D, and multi-v??

I don't use supplements much so no advice, but I do have a related question - DD has been saying she wants a brand of vitD that is in stearic acid. Anybody know of suitable brands please?

Ethical Nutrients are a good brand.  Most are good - just don't choose anything like Herron that are just drug companies trying to make money.
Blackmores, Swisse are ok.  If in doubt go see a naturopath - some health food stores have free ones.
