Anyone supplement with CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid for those that aren't familiar)? What have been your experiences? Thanks!

eat bone marrow from grass fed animals.

Hey, it is not that hardcore!

Look up osobucco (italian)
Pot au feu (French)
Any soup involving bones, really.
Also lamb shanks.

I'd even had marrow served as a delicatessen along with my (admittedly expensive) steak at a high-end steak house once. It was in France, but still.

I did see it on a menu last weekend when I was in Paris- and every menu had beef tartare. Even saw horse steak which I won't even go near since I ride horses for sport. I stick to the basics- i only venture out a little bit with seafood!
