Hello again,
I've just started paleo this week after three months of a very low calorie/restrictive/malnourished diet (worked a treat but really wasn't sustainable or enjoyable after a while!) - I *was* taking a bunch of supplements, but now I'm not so sure which ones (if any) are still of any use. The ones I was taking were - Vit B Active, Chromium Picolinate, Acai Berry/Green Tea combo and COQ10.
Any thoughts?
