Ive been finding regular snacking at work really difficult, so this last week ive been cheating & introduced egg white protein powder shakes (which i can slam down while the boss isn't looking.)

Breakfast1 Omega 3 enriched free range egg & 1 rash of bacon cooked in i teaspoon of lard.Bowl of vegetable & bone broth soup.2 Strawberries.SnackShake (water/banana/Egg protein)
A nice slow roasted piece of beef tastes great even cold.
i want to know why im not significantly sore from Thursday, everything went wrong that day except training (which i hit therapeutically hard.) weird
I don't quite get the logic but i am quite serious in that only coffee & cake are tolerated during working hours... i prefer a shake as it takes some 10 seconds to drink, it's grief free.
