Painkillers
« on: August 24, 2011, 04:53:56 PM »
Before going paleo, I used a lot of painkillers, maybe not daily but definately weekly and maybe a box (at least) a month. I would have inflammatory pains, and pains and aches in back and shoulders. I've always been reasonably fit, and many were post-gym pains. Today I woke up with a cranked neck, and it struck me; This was the first day after going paleo (approx 4 months) I even considered doing a painkiller! Which bring me to my question: Any paleo friendly painkillers? Any food that will release muscle tension?
(...I didn't pop the pill... ;))

Aches I get after sleeping in the wrong position I find go away after getting up and walking around.  I do end up taking one aspirin once every year or so for muscle pains.  I should really get some willow bark for tea.
