The only thing I supplement with is calcium & vitamin D (the two are combined into one pill). I take an additional 250-500mg of magnesium to alleviate bloating and cramps for a few days during my period. Everything else I'm able to get via food, often times exceeding the recommended daily amounts of each mineral and vitamin.

Multibionta probiotics, plus one calcium/vitamin D and one fish oil capsule

I'm thinking of switching though to a more complete brand that has magnesium and potassium in.

I probably don't need to supplement as I eat a lot of nutrient-rich veg, berries, fish, eggs and organ meat...but it can't hurt

I might get all the gov't recommends from food but I have some pretty hard workouts so I'm not sure I get an optimal amount given activity level.  I'm looking for an upgraded multi (currently taking 2 Nature Made Essentials per day... pretty cheap stuff).

I also take 4,000 iu vit D and 3g fish oil per day.

I take a vitamin D supplement because I don't get enough sun.  The rest of my vitamins I get from my food.

I "assume" I do as well but I've never gotten tested.  I'd assume that would be a lot of blood to give to test all the vitamins...

Only supplement I take is 10,000iu of Vitamin D. Working in a factory equates to little sunshine!

Everything else comes from food - especially LIVER :D

If you like Animal Pak and want to try something new, check out Orange Triad by Controlled Labs.  I take these and love them.

I don't take supplements. I try to vary food enough to balance things out, and get some sun for Vitamin D. Other than sun deficiency, for people spending lots of time indoors, what else are we missing?

Not thought about taking supplements, just trying to vary the diet.
