Hi,
I was told 2 start takin Magnesium supplemnts by my trainr.
Bt 10days in2 it my muscles felt evn more fatigued an I felt angry all the time!
Why is dat?

You are likely still deficient, and purchased the wrong type or a poor quality of magnesium.  I personally use NOW Foods magnesium citrate and it seems to work well.

Interesting. I have taken 200 mg of Now mag citrate (which seems to be all I can handle) and 360 mg Pure Encapsulations mag glycinate for about 9 months. (Before that, I just took the citrate.) I do tend to be angry and pessimistic all the time. On the other hand, I am getting more energetic all the time.

I'm certainly no expert, but I can give my personal testimony: I rely on magnesium to keep my muscle spasms at bay. My doctor told me that it flushes through the system very quickly. To get good results, one must take several small doses throughout the day, or make it easy and just take a time released formula once a day. I use Jigsaw Magnesium w/ SRT (Slow Release Technology). It also includes co-factors to help the body to absorb magnesium.

Hmm, then it's Jigsaw Magnesium w/ SRT for me as well. Better avoid the other brands.
