30 Day Yoga Challenge

I've committed myself to doing an hour of yoga every day for the next thirty days. I wanted to do something where I really challenged myself physically. I already do a lot of yoga, but this is a bit more than I've done before. However, I'm adding other aspects to the challenge like mediating, but the hardest part of me is the clean eating. That aspect for me is not perfect, but I'm doing ok.

I'm stoked about the how well I'm doing with the yoga and meditation.   ;D  Today is day 9 and I've been consistent with the yoga, mediation and half hour of reading I'm doing as well.

I'm planning a relaxing yoga session today because it's both Friday and I can feel my body taking a hit with all the power yoga -- I feel like my body needs a break.
