I am new to working out Paleo way. I love working out- weight machines, zumba, elliptical, walking, biking. So it's a little different trying to learn this way of weight training. If I am at the Gym less than 2 hours I feel like I wasted my time. I am not skinny but I can hold my own. I am looking forward to the weight loss along with the strength that will be built. I am reading Robb Wolf's book and following his routine he mapped out. I plan on reading as journal's as I can so I can build up my routine and look forward to meeting everyone. Day 1 will be tomorrow for me.
I started Paleo March 20th and so far I have lost 9lbs. What mean more to me is that fact that I have actually followed a "diet" for this long. I usually fall off the wagon because I crave something or eat something and can't get back on track.
