5/23 - Did the "hard" yoga workout I have... I am sore as hell from yesterday so this hit the spot.

5/24 - did a quick 2 miles and a good stretch... sore from both the yoga and the "iron" the other day

5/25 - Had a work lunch so did a quick 20 min in the garage when I got home.  4 rounds of chin ups, inclined pushups, split squats and overhead press with the bands nonstop for reps.  It was hot out so was dripping sweat when I was done and felt pretty good... better than nothing.

5/26 - Did 2 miles for time... it was over 90F outside so i was like a garden hose when I was done... sweat pouring off me.  Good time.

5/27 - iron

5/28 - long run

Fast forward to September, going to start logging again:   ;D

Off work through 9/7 so will workout in garage on those days:

09/05 - Strength training (Split squats, pullups, dips, calf raises, grip training, core work)

09/06 - Off... couple of miles on the beach with my son... Labor Day

09/07 - Strength training (resistance band workout... chest press/row, split squat/overhead press, calf raise/core work)  Bands felt good... haven't used them in a while.

09/08 - Conditioning (4 laps of 100m sprint, 100m walk, 100m sprint, 100m walk, 25 burpees)   My legs are destroyed.

09/09 - Strength training (DB thrusters, DB chest press, DB rows, DB shrugs, calves, core... legs were crushed from the sprints)

09/10 - 4 miles in 35 min on a trail with hills.

09/11 - Sprint ladder 100,200,300,400,300,200,100  sprint/walk

09/12 - Off (was sore from the past week)

09/13 - Off

09/14 - Weighted split squats, calf raises, glute ham raise, dips, pullups.  Core work.

09/15 - 2 miles for time

09/16 - DB Thrusters, incline chest press and 1 arm row. Core work.

09/17 - Sprint ladder at the track

09/18 - off

09/19 - Off

09/20 - Back is stiff so going to take it easy.  Hit the gym, did some pushups, pullups, core work and stretches specific to my injury... just bodyweight.  Loosened things up.

09/21 - Same as yesterday, back is feeling better but not ready to go all out.  Pushups/Squats, Pullups/Lunges, Standing overhead press/Calves, core work.  (all bw only except the overhead press... used light dbs). Did 10 min non stop per pair... 40 min total.

09/22 - off (feeling better)
 
09/23 - Sprinted at the track today.  Beautiful outside.

09/24 - Probably 3 miles

09/25 - Probably Split squats, weighted dips, weighted pullups
