Hey guys.

Just wanted to let you know that not only did I make weight easily for the tournament, I also got the gold in my weightclass.

Thanks bro. Competing and winning really made all that training and dieting worth it, now I'm gonna take a week or two off and then start training for Scandinavian open in late October.

It's been a while since I've updated my log, so here goes.

BJJ training is going great, I've been working on filling out the small holes in my game so I can be ready for any kind of opponent at Scandinavian Open. I didn't really do any kind of training other than BJJ to get ready for Choke Cup but this time I've decided to add some cardio, both to increase my stamina and to help me lose weight.
