If you are a super, anything over 80% will be 6min = 1 rep. :-)
I can understand doing the high rep/timed stuff with a kettlebell swing. Not with a highly technical movement like a snatch. That's ignorant.
I have bruises on my thighs from cleans....I hope that means that I'm doing something right
