Anything from 1 hour to 3 hours, depends what i'm doing!
Always will I take another step. If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another. In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult…So long as there is breath in me, that long will I persist. For now I know one of the greatest principles of success; if I persist long enough I will win.

The harder you push yourself, the less time it takes. I don't think I've ever been in there longer than an hour. Usually 45 min.

Ask for Wlfdg's help, make yourself a workout plan that is sufficient, then kick your own arse to finish it as fast as possible every time you're in the gym/park etc.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.
