OKay...so starting tomorrow I'm going back on the Paleo Diet after a 3 year hiatus. This break has seen me gain about 40 pounds & I feel awful...so now is the time to get this baby back under control.
I plan on also starting out with some daily cardio in the morning just to get back into moving again. From there I'll see what other exercise I will incorporate. But I'm taking it slow.
The main thing is cutting out ALL grains/starches & dairy prodcuts because NOTHING puts weight on my body faster & causes me to slip into over-eating then these food products!!
SO wish me luck & I will try & give some interesting & hopefully helpful updates on my progress.....
