Core routine 6
Crossover knee raises
jumping jacks
Leg pull-ins
twisting instep touches
forward reaches
squat thrusts
jumping jacks
crossover knee raise
deep knee bends (ouch!)
upper body sprints

15 minutes of walking.

Tomorrow I don't have work so I hope to have enough time to get a nice long workout in.

Jump rope: 25 Minutes

Core routine 8 (about 40 minutes)
Underarm touches

Side arm raises
Front kicks
Overhead arm press
Side kicks
Rowing
Toe touches
Arm crossovers
Knee raise
Arm swings
Lunges
Forward reach
Forward bends
Neck raises
Stationary squat
Upper body sprints
Crossover knee raises
Push ups

My legs are sore from something. I think its the deep knee bends. I take that as a good sign!

Hey now, what's wrong about walking 20 min?  ;) My knee is bad, but generally speaking, it's far better than nothing!  :)

I have been such a slacker lately. I haven't been keeping track of the food I'm eating or my exercising because it feels like it's all the same every day so it doesn't matter. And so, I've found myself cheating a bit. But I am hoping to stay on track from now on. This lifestyle important to me and the cheating is not worth it. Not at all.

Today I jumped rope for 20 minutes, and did a 20 minute ab workout from on demand with my sister.

The ab workout we picked was called ab jam. It seemed really silly at first, but in the end it kicked my ass. The first half was standing and mostly dance stuff and the second half was on the floor and I really started to feel it then. Maybe because I never work out my abs. I don't think my abs are weak though. In gym class we have to do an ab fitness test that is 50 situps in 2 minutes. I find myslelf completing them in just about one minute, which I thought was impressive for a person who does no ab work.rambeling...
