Lascaux's Adventures in Movement

I currently don't do any heavy-duty exercise, but thought it might be helpful to write down what I've been doing, in hopes of motivating myself to move around more.

(Will be adding throughout the day)

11-19-09

10 pushups
10 crunches

25 minutes walking outside in the sunshine
