I figured I would start a workout journal as well as a food journal. Here it goes!

http://cavemanforum.com/food-journals/down-to-earth/Taking the advice of experienced Paleo people, I've managed to come up with my starting workouts. Three Full Body workouts a week with 2 HIIT Interval sessions along with one long duration cardio session.
Todays Full Body #1:
12 per leg: Reverse Lunges w/ 45lb bar
10x10x10:Russian Circuit, 25lb plate
20: Toe Touch Sit-ups grabbing the ball(I don't know a name for this, but it is challenging!)
10: Power Snatch Balance w/ 45lb bar(3rd wave used the smaller bar, I think it is 25 or 30lbs)
4: One Leg Plank Push-up/Row 10lb DB
Took me 28 minutes and was sweating pretty good(the wet t-shirt kind...lol!)
My job is really busy, rarely ever sitting, always walking around doing stuff. Which is great! I usually work out before work.
