I am enjoying Chris Kluges Strength Training Workouts, but am wondering if it is wise to switch things up with another trainer, or the same trainer, but different exercise program to keep my muscles guessing more. Perhaps, what Im doing has enough variation that there really is no need to switch up. Please advise.Thanks.
