Bench 5 x 5 @ 50 - I'm still proportionally way behind in my upper body lifts compared to the lower body lifts

So I took a long break from the gym to try to let my damaged arm/shoulder recover - it was damaged by my dog's enthusiastic lunges at other dogs/cats/food etc. It still hasn't properly recovered and I can't even try a pull up but I wanted to get back into lifting.... easing myself into it...
Deadlift - 5 x 100
Bench 5 x 40
Farmer's walk 44, 48, 52, 52 x 20m

No squat rack at this new gym (but they are looking into it..) so I tried bulgarian split squats and built up to 36kg x 5 - then tried push press but my arm wasn't up to it

uphill and up steps sprinting session - I could feel the difference made by the bulgarian squats - I'm glad I tried them now.

Today I did farmer's walks with 52 kg then dumbell shoulder press with 12kg dumbells, then a swim and sauna to try to loosen up my shoulder.
