Swim today

2000 meters mixed: crawl, breast and back stroke- one 50 meter crawl sprint the rest at a slower pace
I focused 100 meters of just using my arms and not kicking to help with the shoulder strength

did 300 meters of kick board sprints

total 38 minutes

Jump rope x 2 mins

12 squats without weight

3 x 12 with 24# weighted bar:  dead lifts

3 x 12 with 135# 'off load': chin ups and dips on assist machine

2 x 20 sit-ups (can't wait for my fit test so I can skip those again!)
