Badger's exercise

Yesterday I walked for a couple of hours, on the beach and up the steep cliff paths, then through town back to my truck - felt tired but great, so in the evening I worked out on the bowflex for an hour.  I didn't do any cycling but felt good.

Today, I went for an hour's ride on the bike, down the rough roads around the house, glad it is a mountain bike, and have just finished an hour on the bowflex.

I do a complete page of sets from the bowflex book as one routine - it takes about 40 minutes, then work on my belly muscles and thighs for 20 minutes. Gets the body working nicely. My heart rate is decreasing, as is my blood pressure, and I am feeling great.
