Hi All -

Jumping full force on the bandwagon here after a fairly long hiatus due to overseas work/living in places that aren't easily conducive to healthy eating and exercise. Looking forward to the challenge!

Workouts for me are a combination of spinning, running and other gym cardio. I'm not always good at sticking to a strength training regimen, but know I really need to do it.

Just got things kicked off after a two-week trip. 40 minute Insanity Workout on Thursday, 2.5 mile heavy backpack hike on Friday, 45 minute run/walk today. Fitness is a little compromised having been sick for a week and still recovering, so wasn't too happy with the run today. Also didn't eat enough beforehand so felt a bit of a bonk halfway through. Onward!
