April 8:

01.12.30 walk. Enjoyed bursting out in running here and there. The freedom of it.

38.55 min walk with 7 kg backpack. Hard on the knees. Got lighter halfway through.

I'm still weak and get very easily tired. However, I think the b-vitamins and the iron supplements are helping a little. I'm still calling the exercise I do walking, it's nothing major at all.

1 h 12.40 min walk. My right knee was quite painful beforehand, but got better a while into the training (when I switched shoes). A little running here and there. Feet got wet early on (Vibram), probably not a good thing.

I couldn't go with the others to the cabin this Easter.  :( Lonely, bored.  :( Full moon last night. Swell.  ::) I'm so scared of the dark it's ridiculous.  :-[

Didn't sleep well last night. Had a fever and my whole body was aching.

Lack of sleep is never a good thing when it comes to dieting. Had a bad day food-wise.

April 10:

Mini circuit w/ 4x 5 min biking and exercises in between. Took 1 hour 12 min to finish. Saw a glimmer of strength returning.

1 hour 16.33 min walk. Muscles were tired from the start. Especially those supporting knees and ankles. Still shows I'm not well.

Watching the Biggest Loser back-to-back. I love that show. I wish I'd be a part of that kind of group, with the competing and focus on training, and all the support.

49 min walk. Pasture/ forest. Started to rain so I had to cut it short. Felt "drugged down." Not very "aware."

Mini circuit. 4x 5 min biking w/ exercises in between. Relatively light training. Most exercises are ment to strengthen my right leg, but also full body. Tot. 1 h 20.22 min. Something is up with my right ankle.

53.40 min walk. Can't believe I did it. Ran parts of the downhills. I'm very grateful for the Vibram shoes! Cold, wet, and windy. Got three hours of exercise!

I pushed through it. I wanted three hours so badly. It seems like I need that much to be able to control myself. I can't really explain that.

April 12:

Not surprisingly there was little in me today.

58.55 min walk. Right ankle very painful. Cold wind. Pasture/ forest. Not much energy.

55.14 min mini circuit. Didn't finish it.

7 min on the stationary bike.

I knew from the morning that today would get hard, but I hoped that atleast my ankle would be better again. I think especially the smaller muscles, the supporting muscles around the knees and ankles, wear out very easily nowadays. I have little energy or strength overall. Once those muscles are tired there's little supporting the joints. I really hoped that I could push through it. I'm desperate to get well, I'm just not there yet.

April 13th:

49.51 min walk. Up the pasture and forest, then following a dirt road (only part that was flat terrain). Ankle kept up.

1 h 10 min circuit. Good session. Enjoyed it and was swetting it out (been ages!).

1 h 14. 20 min evening walk. Pasture/ forest. Didn't know I could hike that far up the mountain already. Turned around when I reached the snow line. Slow walk. Not much left in me. Just had to get the last hour in to reach a total of three hours (and just needed to get out of the house).

I'm so stubborn it's silly. It's now Tuesday and I feel ill ("shocking").

KP - I read through some of your posts but it seems like you have not been feeling well/have little energy? Does your Dr. know what's wrong?

No, I'm waiting for more tests. Basically, I'm losing blood and my blood perecentage and iron levels are low (amongst other things).  :( Which explains why I have no strength. It can't be fixed though, until they have some answers.  :(  :(

April 15th:

Bad, bad, baaaad day.

50.25 min walk. Pasture/ dirt road/ forest path. Uphill/ downhill. Average hr. 129. Calories burnt: 285. Not much coordination. Nice warm and dry day. I miss heart rate monitors. Not that I really need it at the moment.

1/2 of a circuit training. Took 36 min. Started on the third round and got two minutes into it before I had to quit. There was absolutely no energy or strength in me. I've felt terribly weak all day.

38.30 min evening walk. Disaster. Shouldn't have gone outside in the first place (and didn't want to). It was all ankles, knees, hips and calves. No muscle strength. Average hr. 118, burnt: 159 cals. Just wanted to reach the 2 h mark. Stomach was aching immensely by the end of it (along with everything else). Felt upset, short-tempered the rest of the evening. If I get injured it's all my fault. I wish I could sit still.

April 16th:

Nightmares - again... As if all the bathroom trips througout the night wasn't enough.  >:(

Bad day. Very tired, weak. Didn't do anything until after 6 pm (this has nothing to do with lack of caffeine or not being a morning person, in other words).

Light circuit training, adjusted (down) slightly. 1 h 09.30 min (it takes a while to do the exercises).

56.28 min walk. Pasture/forest/dirt road. Quite a bit was actually flat terrain!

April 17th:

Nothing. My ankle was killing me. I don't understand why.  ???

My feet has been swollen since a couple of days before the time I was sent to the hospital (the start of things getting more serious). April 17th was even worse than normal. I had a hard time even walking on my foot. It starts in the lower calf, on both sides. Through the ankle, the foot, and the toes. It feels like I'm walking on wooden legs.

April 18th:

1 h 41.55 min walk in mid-afternoon. The amount of time spent does not say anything about distance covered. I don't think I even broke a sweat.

Sunny, but cold wind. Rolled up the sleeves and tried to get some sunlight on me. The last 30-40 min I even rolled up the pant leg. Still wearing three layers on my upper body, and at times taking full advantage of the hoodie and the neck gaiter.  :P Do. Not. Like. Cold. Ears.

It was a beautiful day and I didn't want to go back inside!  :)
