Only 6 hours sleep (NOT ever enough for me).
1 h 20.41 min walk. Flat terrain. Mostly barefoot. Ankle unstable. Cloudy.
Very restless today. Wanted to go outside, but was very tired.
51.15 min walk, after OD'ing on caffeine. Well worth it though. Felt great to get outside!
Closely followed by 54 min circuit. I was unstoppable.
I seem to have more energy in the evening compared to daytime. I've been a night owl from birth. But this is too extreme. Caffeine also seems to work best in late afternoon/ evening ("perfect"

). If it works. I seems to vary.
It started out like a very bad day, but it ended good (not a common scenario in my life).
