 mid: Walk 30 min.
p.m.: 5x10: Ring Push-ups, Ring Pull-ups, 55 lb. Kettlebell Snatch = 18:52

p.m.: (3x3) Pistols, Wt. Pullups, Clean & Press (2 min. rest/set/w/ 70 lb. Kettlebell)
        (3x10) Janda situps (1 min. rest/set/w/70 KB) = 27:50

              Towel Bench 245
              Wt. Pull-ups 65
              OA DB Snatch 65

It's been months since I've posted.  My training has been a mix of Methode Naturalle and Kettlebells.  I really love the MN style workouts!  My focus has been on FUN!

This morning, took the dog with me for a MN workout, but there were way too many (3) hunters in the woods behind my house.  The dog doesn't do too well around other people (protective of me).  Cut it short, around 20 min.
