Tonight I am doing iron palm and tabata drills to the musical stylings of Dido.Tomorrow is a goof off day, I'll be at the gym doing farmers' walks. Right now I just start with the 85 pound weights, walk the length of the weight area and back, do a set of 10 shrugs, and then repeat with the next weight down, all the way down to 20 pound weights. It's not huge but my forearms and hand muscles let me know they exist after I put down the 20 pounders. I'll throw in fingertip pushups and dead hangs for time on the pullup bar. I can't currently hold a one armed dead hang for very long, but I'll work on that too.
