Dynamic Flexibility
Short hike (30 min.) w/ small rock throwing (for accuracy)
Practice L seats, Jump rope work
11 a.m.
Lunch (salad w/ turkey meat & an orange)
12 p.m.
Homemade Clubbell (Fat wiffleball bat filled w/sand) swings/holds etc.
6 p.m.
6 egg omelete, grapes
7 p.m.
Wrestle with kids

* Agility/Balance/Coordination Drills (36" box jumps, vaults, cartwheels, etc.)
* 2 x 400 meter sprints (slight calve injury, normally would do 4-10 x)
* Walk 30 min.
4 p.m.:
3 x 5 Get-ups with 55 lb. DB (alt. hands each rep) rest 1 min./set
3 x 30/20/15 Push ups alternated with One arm swings 10 each (w/55)
*Easy workout.

p.m.
9 rounds in 30 min. of:
*100 meter Bear Hug walk (with 50 lb. dufflebag)
*10 Get ups (5 each side with dufflebag on shoulder)
*20 Push ups
