I haven't logged in for a while!  There is no way I'll try to catch up, so I just log today's workout:

50 Wall ball shots (20 lb. burly ball @ 10' target, squat deep w/each rep)
50 Pull ups
35 Wall ball shots
35 Pull ups
20 Wall ball shots
20 Pull ups
Time: 14:54  Pretty good workout.
30 min. walk at lunch
20 min. Heavy bag technique work. (p.m.)

Once again, it's been a long time since I've logged my workouts in due to work and coaching.  Lately, I have been running during the a.m. (Hills, Fartlek, Interval sprints, C.C./L.S.D., etc.) walking mid-day (Ruck, poles, heavy-hands, farmers walks, etc.), and various lifting/calisthenics in the p.m. (Kettlebells, clubbells, rings, etc.).

a.m.: LSD Run 30 min. (Easy)
p.m.: 30/20/10 reps of:
        Ring Pull-ups
        Alternating one arm Kettlebell Clean & Press (w/55 lbs.)
Pretty easy workout (14:25).  Performed DARC swing between each C&P.

30 min. Fartlek Trail Run with my 6 month old puppy (his first).

Yeah - another dog runner!  I often sort-of-fartlek run with my dogs.  Cross country jogging, with some running, sprinting, and walking intervals.  Good luck with the pup!

I love to run with my dog.  My usual running partner passed in February. :'(  This puppy is a tough one to train!  He is a mutt (part Jack Russell & ???), and is really hyper.   He will pull if someone/something is in front of him!

I have had a slight cold the last few days (one bad part about working in a prison--germs everywhere!), so I took it easy.  Mostly walking, myofascial-release, stretching, etc. 

Yesterday, 20 min. of Kettlebell "play" w/ 2 x 35 lbs. and 100 medicine ball slams (20 lbs.)

Saturday:
a.m. 15 min Methode Naturalle style run (lots of sprints/jumps/throws/etc.)
p.m. # of rounds in 20 min. of:
        5 Ring Pull-ups
       10 Ring Push-ups (rings 6" above ground)
       15 Squats
Total: 17 rounds.  The push-ups were the toughest (some shoulder discomfort!?)

Sunday:
Yard work (~4 hours)

        Windmill,
        Turkish Get-up,
        Pistol,
        Wt. Pull-up,
        Bottoms-up Clean & Press
Time: 28 min. (2 min rest/circuit)

p.m.: 5 min. of:Turkish Get-ups w/55 lb. Kettlebell = 8 reps each hand (rest 2 min.)
5 min. of: Warrior Burpees (Burpee w/pullup and toes to bar) = 25 reps (rest 2 min.)
5 min. of:Turkish Get-ups w/55 lb. Kettlebell = 8 reps each hand (rest 2 min.)
5 min. of: Warrior Burpees (Burpee w/pullup and toes to bar) = 25 reps
Total: 26:00 (16 TGU's each hand, 50 warrior burpees) TOUGH WORKOUT!
