On rest days I eat no fruit, only greens. That's the only change I make.

5x12 80 lb barbell rows
5x10 70 lb military press
5x5 50 lb dumbell tricep extension
5x12 30 lb dumbells shoulder dumbell squat

finally one of the trianers went out this weekend and bought a bar, woot!

4x25 janda crunch
4x25 sideways crunch, 2 each side

2 mile dog walk

oh yeah I ride to and from school everyday on my bicycle, does that count for exercise journal, that and walking aren't really strenuous
