I'm a total beginner so any of your advice would be quite valuable to me

Day 1
Squat 45 kg
Military Press 5 kg
Deadlift 45 kg
Lat Pulldown 30 kg
Day 2
Squat 50 kg
Bench Press 15 kg
Powerclean 10kg
Day 3
Squat 40 kg 20 each
Overhead press 12.5 kg
Deadlift 12.5kg (the coach in the gym taught me a deadlift that pulls up to the knee first and do it from there)
Latpull down 35 kg
Day 4
Goblet Squat 100lb x 3 sets (where i just kinda feel back pain after..any help?)
Bench press 10kg 5 kg each
Day 4 didn't feel as good as the days before. (I guess the goblet squat injured my back because i can't really lift it up to proper position so that injured me?)
Note to self: do enough warm up, start back on lower weights. don't push for heavy weights just yet but slowly add weight each workout
Day 5 - Rest (due to back)
