Thanks for the article link. Some concepts I had already read about (EPOC, interval training in general) but I found this part really useful:

I've been doing strength training only, as it is adviced to allow for enough recovery in between sessions when going through a challenging program. I will be resuming my Tabatas to aid recovery from now on.


Any idiot can get on a treadmill and watch TV and then take great pride in the fact they've exercised.
